With a potentially market-leading product, Edmund and Simon from RecruitHub came to us with a desire to prove their concept, accelerate the business from start-up to scale-up, and develop a structured sales and marketing growth strategy underpinned by automation and technology.
With big targets and ambitions, including entry into new markets such as the US, our initial approach involved a full review of RecruitHub's previous and current activities. Breaking down their acquisition activity, CRM, website performance, content and branding, technical infrastructure, channel mix and more.
From our initial discovery phase we realised the potential in the solution RecruitHub offered. We placed ourselves in their business on a fractional basis to formulate and deliver the Growth Strategy and ongoing delivery. Working in collaboration with their internal team to build out their CRM within Hubspot, re-evaluate their brand and messaging, create and optimise paid social and search campaigns, define and deliver a content strategy, develop a full suite of reporting dashboards and much more.
In May 2022, RecruitHub were recognised in the Top 10 of the '24 Fastest-Growing Companies in the UK' by Beauhurst. They continue to scale in the UK and have now entered the US market.
